Traditional Tantra is an ancient spiritual practice which originated in India over 2,600 years ago.


Tantra translates into weaving light and sound with form. The light being the visualizations utilized in the tantric practices, the sound being the mantras, and the form being the body of the practitioner.


Tibetan Buddhist Tantra is about utilizing the body, speech, mind, spirit, and sexuality to achieve Enlightenment. Enlightenment means freedom from suffering.


Tantra utilizes both sexual and non-sexual practices in order bring about the realization of Enlightenment.


According to our Tibetan Buddhist Lama, Tantra is not a religion. It is a healing modality that addresses imbalances within the practitioner holistically, in order to bring about greater states of bliss in all areas of life.


Authentic Tantra® is a Trauma-Informed Sexual Healing modality that utilizes various tools to somatically (thru the body) heal your body, mind, and spirit.


Authentic Tantra® employs a multitude of methods to support you in cultivating awareness, presence, and connection which are essential to experience your full orgasmic potential and ultimately live a life of embodiment, integration, and bliss.






According to Dr. T. Colin Campbell who coined the term, a Whole Food Plant Based Lifestyle (WFPB) can be defined as low in protein, low in fat, and rich in plant-based food-in their whole food form.


Dr. Campbell then takes it a step further by stating that a WFPB Lifestyle excludes all animal products and emphasizes a wide variety of whole plant foods. 

A WFPB Lifestyle means eating foods as close to their natural state as possible. This includes whole fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes (beans & lentils), nuts, seeds, herbs, and spices.

There is a distinct correlation between the Standard American/Western Diet and chronic diseases worldwide, including heart disease, diabetes, neurological conditions, autoimmune and digestive disorders, and hormonal imbalances. 


We now have concrete scientific evidence supporting a Whole Food Plant Based Lifestyle's ability to prevent and even reverse these chronic diseases.
