Enjoyment in Presence

In order to experience enjoyment presence must be cultivated.

When I was deep in my trauma and anxiety disorder I was unable to experience joy because I was remembering and fearing the past and worried and stressed about the future.

My breathing was erratic and it was challenging to take a full deep breath into my belly.

As I have learned powerful tools of Authentic Tantra® to calm and nourish my nervous system, my breathing has deepened and slowed, my anxiety has calmed, and I have been fortunate to be able to be in the present moment for longer periods of time.

This presence and deep breathing have allowed me to experience Joy with everything that is happening Now.

Because Now is all there is and it is beautiful in its simplicity and perfection, even in the messier times of life.
