Have you practiced Mirror Work?

I am a huge advocate for mirror work.
I love to practice as many of my self care routines as I can in the mirror because it provides me with a connection to myself that is powerful.
Breath work, singing, & dancing are just some of the ways I work with my mirror to cultivate pleasure and connection.
Mirror work can settle anxiousness by reconnecting me to my breath and my body and bringing me back to the present moment and to what is.
If I am having a day or moment in time that I feel lost, stressed, or out of touch with mySelf, the connection I feel while working with my mirror supports my reintegration & empowers me in my sovereignty.
