Making Mis-Takes

An Open-Faced Waffle aka My recipe testing did not go according to plan……

What if a mis-Take is only considered so because of our own perception of what we think right or wrong is due to what we have seen being done by others or even ourselves in the past. Perhaps a Mis-Take is an opportunity to view experiences and life from a different perspective and maybe try something different on the next take…or not.
