What type of Exercise did I do to lose over 70 Pounds?

When asked what type of exercise I did to lose over 70 lbs the answer may surprise you. As a former athlete and chronic over-exerciser my body was asking for a break. Over the last year or so I have listened to what my body needed and utilized walking and my Authentic Tantra® yogic practices as my exercise. It was hard to adjust to not pushing myself more, but I am happy that I have given my body the time it needed to rest and recover. I have been slowly getting back into moving my body more, but now it is from a place of fun, moderation, and most importantly Self Love.
